SUPERINTENDENT CADRE
- Assistant Superintendent I – CONPASS 09: Applicant must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, Water or allied related field) or Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL. B, LL.M).
- Assistant Superintendent II – CONPASS 08: Applicant must possess either a Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma from a recognize tertiary institution
INSPECTORATE CADRE
- Inspector – COMHESS 06: Applicant must be a Registered Nurse/Midwives (RNIM) from a recognized tertiary institution.
- Assistant Inspector-CONPASS 06: Applicant must possess either NCE or National Diploma in related field of discipline
ASSISTANT CADRE
- Assistant II – COMHESS 04 (General Duty): Applicant applying for the CDCFIB must possess a degree or academic certification of equivalent depending on the position of application: Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, Trade Test Grade II WASSCE/NECO/GCE/NABTEB with a minimum of four (4) credit passes inclusive of Mathematics and English in two sittings
- Assistant III – COMHESS 03 (General Duty, Drivers/Appliance Operators and Artisans): Applicant applying for the CDCFIB must possess a degree or academic certification of equivalent depending on the position of application: Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, Trade Test Grade II WASSCE/NECO/GCE/NABTEB with a minimum of four (4) credit passes inclusive of Mathematics and English in two sittings
Requirements for FFS Recruitment 2025/2026
Below are the requirements to successfully apply for FFS (Federal Fire Service) Recruitment 2025/2026:
- Must be a Nigerian citizen either by birth or naturalization
- Must be possess a means of identification (Driver’s license, National Identity card, Voter’s card, international passport etc)
- Male applicants must possess a height measurement of 1.65m while females must possess 1.60m
- Male applicants must possess a chest measurement of 0.87
- Must possess a Degree, HND, OND and Trade Test, all depending on position of application as well as a minimum of four (4) credit pass (Mathematics and English inclusive) in WASSCE, GCE, NECO, NABTEB.
- Applicants must be within the age range of 18 to 35 years of age
- Must not have any record of financial embarrassment
- Must not be an ex-convict or possess any criminal records
- Computer literacy is an added advantage
- Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) are not eligible for the CDCFIB application
